On June 4^th, 2023; Full Moon in Sagittarius trine Mars in Leo, and square Saturn in Pisces. Trines make for smooth changes and squares make for tension and corrections. We must adapt to the changing situation. Mercury will be cazimi Uranus at the time of this Full Moon. This is great for thinking outside the box and communications will be flowing.

On June 5^th Venus moves into fiery Leo where it will stay until October 10^th. This is a long transit because it is moving direct until July 23^rd and then it begins its retrograde motion. On September 4^th it stations direct again at 12 degrees. Venus retrograde finally moves into Virgo on October 10^th. This is a repeat of a pattern in the summer of 2015 Venus was retrograde in Leo. If you remember what you were doing at that time this Venus retrograde will have similar themes. Venus retrograde themes are relationship changes and how we perceive ourselves. Venus in Leo is tied to the Sun and the ego. Leo like to shine and burn brightly. Leo at their best is generous and brave, the good King. The worst case is a lack of moral strength. Anytime Venus is retrograde themes tied to women’s issues will become important. In 2015 we had the same-sex marriage debate, and the Pope came to the United States. In 2023 I wonder what we will debate.
